The hot tub can hold up to six people and private, 30 minutes sessions can be booked. Soak up the benefits of a warm and soothing massage that relieves anxiety and relaxes tense muscles, soothes headaches and reduces back pain.
Medical experts agree that anyone wanting to induce sleep - especially those being kept awake by aches and pain - will benefit greatly from soaking in warm water about two hours before bedtime.
